To ensure guests stay a memorable time during the trip in Disneyland, several Disney quality standards that are safety, courtesy, show and efficiency need to be well performed by caring staff. Safety is the first priority for the Resort. Courtesy stands for recognizing the diverse nature of the guests, respecting, appreciating and valuing everyone and acknowledging the importance of every guest as an individual. Show stands for delivering flawless and professional presentations and neat-appearance. Efficiency means that cast members work together as a team and keep lines of communication open. (Appendix 5)
There are several types of room provided, the basic one is standard room which is a spacious rooms with Victorian elegance complimented with full amenities, ideal for relaxing after exhilarating day. The more deluxe one is Kingdom Club Rooms which is the royal treatment in these stunning rooms located on the executive floor.
Hong Kong Disneyland provides different F&B restaurants to suit every occasion for guests. From quick snacks to fine dining experiences. Children might like to visit the Enchanted Garden Restaurant where they can enjoy a fabulous international buffet and meet with Disney Characters during the meal. Crystal Lotus, which is an award-winning restaurant, offers outstanding cuisine from China. Special Disney Dim Sum is also available.
There are some indoor and outdoor recreation activities in the hotel which are attractive for both children and adults. Kid's activities include a number of outdoor games and bed time stories and adult's activities include a swimming pool or the Micket Maze
Two reservation methods are available by Disneyland Hotel including online booking and phone booking. Guests could review or modify their reservation online if the reservation was made via disney website. In order to create the memorable time to guests during the visit. Disneyland Hotel would contact the guests through email to re-confirm the detail information of guests before the arrival date of guests such as check-in date and time. A flexible arrangement could be implemented for the guest when the hotel acquires more detail information from guests. For example, a reserved room could be clean up before the guest coming.
